Please find below the terms and conditions for Tutifruti. If you have any questions regarding deliveries, returns or security, you will, hopefully, find the answers below. If, however, you can not find the answers you are looking for, please contact me.
Ordering Information
When placing an order, the following options are available.
Website - this service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Online orders can be paid by credit or debit card.
Telephone - (01326) 372604 between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm - Monday to Friday.

Mail - Posting your order with a cheque to Tutifruti. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery is normally within 5 days of receipt of the order, although please allow up to 14 days. At all times, I try to ensure that I have a good stock of all the items, but from time to time, some items will sell quicker than others. If the item you have ordered is "out of stock", I will try to get it for you as soon as possible. If it becomes impossible, I will cancel your order immediately and inform you.
When you have successfully placed your order, I will send you an e-mail confirming your order details.
Postage and Packing
All our shoe prices exclude postage and packing. The postage is by Royal Mail 1st class Standard Delivery. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. If a guaranteed next day delivery was requested by 1.00pm, an additional £2.95 would be incurred.

"No Quibble" Guarantee and Return
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please ensure that it is returned within 14 days. Any item/s returned must be in the original condition that you received them, with all packaging intact. Please complete the refunds and exchanges form enclosed with the Dispatch Note supplied with your delivery. Once received, I will send you a replacement or refund your card. Credit Card refunds can only be credited to the original card used for the purchase. Please note that the carriage cost can only be refunded if the item is faulty. I recommend, when posting, a free "Certificate of Posting" from the Post Office is obtained when returning goods, as I can not be responsible for parcels lost on return.
Privacy Policy
I may from time to time send you information on other Tutitfruti products and promotions. I will never pass your information on to third parties. If you do not wish to receive Tutifruti information, please contact me.
Security
All credit card transactions from this site are processed using 128 bit encryption.
Before being asked for your credit card information, you will be transferred to a secure server, (the browser will indicate this through the presence of a small yellow padlock and the web address will begin with https://, instead of http://.
